Foxtail Millet (தினை) Neer Dosa
Millets..Knowing their health benefits, I started to include them in our diet an year back..I found this easy neer dosa Rcp with foxtail millet(தினை) in a fb group named Cooking with Millets a few months back..The author was Mrs.Vijaya Venkatesh(we call her as vv) n she posts a lottt of rcps with millets there..I hav already made this a couple of tyms..It was very soft n tasted soo good..So I thought of making it again n sharing it with u ppl..

Another Rcp from our native, so commonly served for evenings.. Absolutely delicious n I bet u can't stop with jus one..For me, the minimum consumption is 5 😂 n I did the same this time too 😉..Since it is made from completely healthy ingredients, u can use this as one of the best ways to feed nendran banana, a very good weight gainer to your kid..Make a try n serve ur loved ones!!

Strawberry Sorbet
Sorbets r a very gud alternative for Icecreams when u want to eat something chilled, but with very less calories.. To make it even more healthier, I hav used honey instead of sugar, n so definitely people of any age can eat this nocook tasty treat without any guilt..Soo colourful when u make it with strawberries!!
DryGinger Porridge
DryGinger Porridge(சுக்கு கஞ்சி)..A recipe of our native, often prepared in our home, n it's my alltym fav..The spices in it is very gud for ur digestion process, plus it's very creamy n tasty..Try this healthy porridge atleast once in a month, or after a few days of heavy meals, n even for ifthar during Ramadan..
Coconut Rasam
An excellent flavoured rasam, tastes greatt for lunch with just plain rice, especially with nonveg dry side dishes..The green ground paste with coconut and a few more ingredients gives u a chutney+rasam taste at the same time..I m sure u will gulp a few ladles like me, once u finished preparing it!!..Definitely a must try one..
Ghee Puttu
Puttu is a dish which takes time to eat n not liked by many ppl especially kids..If u hav some leftovers from breakfast, sometyms u really wonder wat to do with it..This Rcp is for u, which u can make in a few minutes, n it will get over within minutes too!! I still remember my childhood days eating this as an evening snack..

Gobi Stem Thovaiyal
Gobi Stem Dry chutney(Thovaiyal)..I hav already heard that the stems and leaves of cauliflower r very healthy, but never used them n was always wasting them. This time I thought to use the stems in sambar, jus lyk the cabbage stems..But then I changed my mind n thought to make a separate rcp with it..A simple dry chutney for rice, Thovaiyal is wat we call it..Tastes too good..

Strawberry Praline Cake
Strawberry is a favourite for almost everyone..It is a superb fruit with which you can make lots of dishes especially desserts..How about making a cake with it? Sounds great ryt? Yellow Pumpkin Dal Kootu(பறங்கிக்காய் பருப்பு கூட்டு)..I hav never tasted pumpkin in my home since my childhood, except in restaurants..But knowing its health benefits, I hav been including in the form of purees and juices for my kid..Eager to feel its taste, I cooked it for the first tym with Dal and our basic thoran masala..Wow..Now pumpkin too has been included in my favourite veggies list..😋

Dal Idli
Idli without rice!!..This is trending nowadays!! Idli is an excellent tiffin which you cant avoid in southindian breakfast..People getting bored with the usual rice idlis/rava idlis, this is gud enough to please u guys..Very very soft, fluffy, healthy, very easy to make, n ofcourse it is so delicious!
