RECIPE:
---------------------------------------
Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins
Serves: 1 bowl
---------------------------------------
INGREDIENTS:
---------------------------------------
Coconut milk - 1/3 cup(thick)+1/4 cup(thin)+1/3 cup(very thin)
Raw Banana Powder - 3/4 tsp
Red poha powder - 1 1/4 tbsp
Palm sugar - 4 tsp after crushed
Cardamom - 1
Water - as req.

METHOD:
-------------------
1. In a vessel, add the very thin coconut milk(3rd milk) and the crushed palm sugar and stir till it is completely dissolved. Remove from the stove, and strain it to remove impurities.

2. Now in the same vessel, add the strained mix, and the thin coconut milk(2nd milk) and stir for a few mins.

3. Add the homemade nuts powder, and the crushed cardamom. Keep on stirring without burning.

4. Dissolve the raw banana powder in little water at room temperature, make sure to remove all the lumps, and then carefully add this to the vessel. The mixture will get thicker immediately after this, so keep on stirring carefully.

5. Immediately add the thick coconut milk(1st milk), little water if necessary, and switch off the stove within a minute before it starts boiling.

6. Remove the vessel from flame, and add the red poha powder and mix well to remove lumps. Allow to cool at room temperature and serve warm!!

Your superhealthy n very delicious health porridge is ready to be served for ur little ones!!

NOTE:
---------------
1. The coconut milk is made from 3 tsp grated coconut. No specific quantity of thick and thinner milk as mentioned. But you have to add them at the respective steps.

2. I sometimes add a tsp of flaxseed powder too, but today I didn't. If you are using it, add it in step 5.

3. Red poha powder is made by just dry roasting and powdering the red poha. You can make it in larger quantity and store it in an air tight container in room temperature/refrigerator.

4. Adjust the poha powder according to the liquid consistency of the porridge, since it thickens the porridge. If the porridge is too much thickened, add little cows milk and make it thinner just before serving.

5. Do the entire process in simmer to avoid burning.

6. You can even feed this daily or as per your baby's demand.
