You hav seen a lot of rcps which calls for coconut flour..But many of us couldn't find the readymade ones, including me..U can make it in home in jus a few mins..It is as simple as that..This can be used for making cakes, cookies, or any rcp which uses coconut flour..
I got this tip from somewhere at the end of some other recipe in an article. This is the first time I tried to test it. Surprisingly it came out very well. I will be posting more recipes with coconut flour soon. So stay connected for those rcps frnz..
RECIPE:

Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 5-7 mins
Serves: 1/2 cup(approx.)

INGREDIENTS: [1 cup=240 ml]
------------------------------------------
Grated coconut - 3/4 cup
Water - as req.
METHOD:
------------------
1. First we have to extract the coconut milk. In a blender, blend the coconut with required water. Squeeze well, and strain to get the first extracted milk.
2. Do the above process 2 more times with the same coconut to get the 2nd and 3rd milk. Keep all these milk aside and use for other recipes. We don't need them for this recipe.
3. Now the strained final residue is the main ingredient to be used here. Dry roast it in a pan for 5-7 mins in simmer till all the moisture has evaporated, and flour like consistency is reached. Remove and allow to cool.
4. Blend the roasted residue in a blender for a second 3 times. That's it!!You are done!!See how beautifully the flour has been ground!!
Your homemade coconut flour is ready to be used!! Make variety of rcps with it for ur loved ones!!
NOTE:

1. Make sure not to make the residue brown or burn while roasting.
2. You can store this in an airtight container in a refrigerator for several weeks/months.
