Gobi Egg Fry


So I m here with yet another very very quick recipe which takes jus around 5 minutes to prepare!! Yes, it is a simple Cauliflower Egg Fry recipe, which is nothing but gobi florets dipped in an egg based batter, and then deep fried!! I m sure it's a bit different in taste than the usual masala based cauliflower fry, since the addition of egg gives an extra fluffiness n taste..

Hi foodies..Now I m here with an yet another wonderful fingerlicking recipe from our native..It's Country chicken white curry(நாட்டுக்கோழி வெள்ளாணம்)..It is my alltym favourite recipe which tastes greatt with so many tiffins, especially Rice Flour Roti..The speciality of the recipe is, it is very less spicy, completely tangiless, and best recipe for people of all ages..Usually it is made with country chicken only, and no broiler chicken is used..

Strawberry Sharjah


Hi frnz..So, my next recipe in this Ramadan Series is Strawberry Sharjah! Sharjah was a famous drink during my childhood days..A chilled milkshake added with the goodness of banana, Horlicks n sugar was usually the recipe during those days..Nowadays so many popular drinks r there for us to make..I really wonder if anybody makes it nowadays..So, I thought of why not to try it..Had some fresh strawberries..Then came this idea of a Sharjah with Strawberry in my mind..So here it is...

Poha Fruit Meal


Hi frnz..So, today I have come up with a very very simple but undoubtedly healthy recipe for breakfast, which u can make in minutes for ur kids, even for urself during lazy day or busy or during diet, and when u want to have some fruits in ur meal..It sounds similar to overnight Oatmeal recipe, but u don't have to wait overnight for this recipe..And no Curd is used here!! It's a good option for brunch, or as a snack for kids too..With no more delay, let's move on to the recipe..
