Preparation Time: 20 mins
Cooking Time: 4 mins per dosa
Serves: 5 dosas
--------------------------------------------
INGREDIENTS: [1 cup=240 ml]
--------------------------------------------
For Batter:
Whole Moong - 3/4 cup
Ginger - 1 medium sized piece
Green chilli - 4
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as req.
Oil(for making dosa) - as req.

Topping 1:
Egg - 2(for each dosa)
Pepper powder - as req.

Ginger - a small piece(grated)
Coriander leaves - a few

METHOD:
-----------------
1. Soak the whole moong overnight and grind with the remaining ingredients(except oil) to a smooth batter.

2. In a bowl, mix the ingredients of 'topping 2' except salt. Set this aside. Add salt and mix well just before cooking dosa. Else the mix will release water.

3. In a tawa, grease with oil, pour a ladle of batter, simmer the stove, when the top is half cooked, break the eggs over the dosa, spread some pepper powder, next spread the 'topping 2', and close with a lid for a few mins.

4. Carefully flip the dosa, and cook for a few more mins. Transfer into a plate and serve hot.
