Coriander thovaiyal

Easy home style thovaiyal(dry chutney) rcp which many of u might know already..Goes well with rice based porridges, especially the dryginger porridge, n almost any rice varieties, accompanied with jus a boiled egg..

I remember my childhood days when we make thovaiyal or any ground paste(including this rcp) in roller stone(ammi). It enhances the taste to another level. Nowadays, we dont use ammi, n it has become a wonder to know if any house has it. Some people say that our elders lived healthier because they had a lot of physical work in their kitchen itself.

Ofcourse it can be true, but according to me, its not the only reason.  Their way of diet, and fertilizer-free healthy foods are also a major reason for their healthy life. But, apart from that, their kitchenware like ammi, brings out the real taste of the food. No one can disagree with that :)
