Rose Sheer Khurma
Hi all..So, there's only a few days left for Eid..And I m back with a traditional, popular but very very simple but a rich dessert to be made on Eid..It's Hyderabadi SHEER KHURMA with ROSE flavour..Honestly it was very tasty..It is more or less like our Tamilnadu Payasam recipe, but with little bit differences here n there n also it is very rich in taste..Traditionally Sheer Khurma uses milk, vermicelli and dates as the key ingredients with sunflower seeds, pine nuts etc..I have used the nuts of my choice n convenience n added the rose flavour which was excellent..Must try this easy recipe n surprise ur guests on Eid frnz..Now, let's move on to the recipe..

Wheat Rava Beef Nonbu Kanji (Iftar Porridge)
Hi frnz..And here I m with a must try recipe for Ramadan..Even though I have shared other porridge recipes in the blog, I have never shared a Nonbu Kanji(Iftar Porridge) recipe so far, especially not even a single one in my youtube channel..So, I wanted to present it this time..And of course lots of nonbu kanji recipes r there in the internet world, so I thought to gave some variations from my side..You need no rice to make the recipe, and no mutton too..Instead, I have used other alternatives..And when having the first sip of it during iftar, I was on cloud nine and we were very happy with the outcome..So, must try this n let me know ur feedback frnz..

Beef Kabab
Hi frnz..Well, today I m here with an extremely delicious recipe which I m sure it will be a lip smacking favourite for u guys..If you satisfy your kid by a recipe, it is the best recipe according to me, and my little one really loved it and was asking for more..So, that's enough to describe it I guess..I was thinking to do a nonveg snack to be a pair with Iftar porridge as well as dinner..And came to a conclusion of making a kabab..Initially I thought of making it with mutton, and then changed my mind to make it with Beef since we haven't bought it for a few months..And believe me, this is my simplest version of kabab, no sautéing, no charcoal, yet no no compromise in taste at all, n a crowd winning recipe for sure..Ok, let's make it..

Prawn Chinthamani
Hi all..Its a lockdown recipe again, I call it so since it uses minimal ingredients but with a nonveg this tym..Prawn Chinthamani..Chinthamani, the name sounds great ryt?? Not sure about the reason behind the name..I saw this Kovai special recipe in a tv show couple of years back done by a Chef, but he did it with chicken..I noted it n it was in my todo list for a long time..Finally, made it n really it was very tasty..But I opted for prawns now n I wanted to do it with chicken too next tym..This recipe has many variations, but the speciality is it uses completely no or a few masala powders..I m sharing the exact version of the Chef..We can proceed to the recipe now..
