METHOD:
---------------
1. Crush the badam pisin in a mortar pestle to a fine powder and soak it for 5 mins so that it becomes a jelly like texture. Or else, soak the whole badam pisin for 7-8 hrs.

2. Soak the Sabja seeds for 5 mins or more until they become bulgy.

3. In a juicer with strainer, put the pineapple pieces, add 1.5 to 2 cups water, and blend well. Strain the juice in a vessel. Now, it's time to assemble.

4. Flavour 1: In a glass, first add a tbsp of badam pisin, 2-3 tsp honey, 1 tsp or a little lemon juice, pineapple juice as required, and a few spoons of Sabja seeds. Give a mix and serve!!

5. Flavour 2: In a glass, first add a tbsp of badam pisin, 1 tbsp or more Nannari sarbath, 1 tsp or a little lemon juice, pineapple juice as required, and a few spoons of Sabja seeds. Give a mix and serve!!

6. Flavour 3: In a glass, first add a tbsp of badam pisin, 3-4 tsp or more jaggery, less than 1/4 cup coconut milk, pineapple juice as required, and a few spoons of Sabja seeds. Give a mix and serve!!

Your super cool and delicious pineapple coolers are ready to be served!! Njjoy!!

NOTE:
----------
1. In the video, I have assembled in a glass, and so didn't mention the measurements in the written recipe above. If you are making in a vessel, adjust the measurements accordingly.

2. Don't replace coconut milk with cow milk for flavour 3, since it is better to avoid citric fruits with milk.

3. You can even try palm sugar instead of jaggery for flavour 3.

4. If you don't use a juicer with strainer, just use the usual blender and then strain it.
