METHOD:
---------------
1. In a blender, grind the beef pieces for a minute until almost ground.
2. Next, add the roughly chopped onion, ginger, garlic, whole pepper, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, curd, salt, and cream cheese spread to a fine paste. Transfer it to a plate. See cream cheese spread pic below for reference.
3. Now, add the red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and roasted gram powder to the mixture, and mix it very well. Marinate it for minimum 30 mins. I marinated for about 1 hr and 15 mins.
4. Apply oil to your hands, take a ball from the mixture and form kabab shapes by rolling it in a steel plate or by using toothpick/skewers.
5. Next, heat a pan, add the butter to melt, and shallow fry the kababs in all sides until golden brown. Transfer to a plate n serve hot!! That's it!!
Your super delicious Beef Kababs are ready to be served!! Njjoy!!
NOTE:
-----------
1. You can replace Beef with mutton/chicken.
2. Onion can be fried in oil/ghee before grinding, or finely chopped and added to the mixture at step 3. Each one gives a different taste.
3. You can use ginger garlic paste too, but I strongly recommend to use whole ginger and garlic since they gave an extraordinary aroma and taste.
4. Instead of the masala powders, you can use them as whole too. But just dry roast them a little before grinding.
5. Roasted gram powder can be skipped, but it gives a nice taste and helpful for binding without breaking of the mixture during frying.
6. Cream cheese spread can be replaced by cream cheese/paneer.It can even be skipped, but it gives a rich taste.
7. You can deep fry too, in that case, use ghee or ghee + coconut oil for frying.
