WATCH HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

METHOD:
---------------
1. Cook the pasta with water till immersed and a tsp of salt for 15 minutes in medium flame.

2. When the pasta is wellcooked, strain the water and immediately pour some room temperature water over the pasta and mix a little. Keep this aside.

3. Now, in a large bowl, add the cream cheese spread. To this, add the cabbage, capsicum, beetroot, and mix very well.

4. Now, top with cucumber seeds and pepper. That's it!!

Your super cool Pasta Salad is ready to be served!! Njjoy!!

NOTE:
----------
1. Any variety of pasta can be used. Homemade one is preferably better.

2. Cream cheese spread can be replaced with garlic sauce, mayonnaise, or any creamy sauce.

3. Cucumber seeds can be replaced with sunflower seeds, flax seeds etc.

4. This can be made ahead and refrigerated too. But if you are using onion, use it at the time of serving only.

5. Any veggies can be used in any proportions.

6. Add salt to the salad while assembling only if necessary, since the cream cheese spread already contains salt, and we have also cooked the pasta with little salt.
