Mutton Brain Sandwich

Hi frnz..I m here with a Sandwich Recipe today..It's Mutton Brain Sandwich!! If u can make Sandwich with mutton, then y not with its brains?? This idea rose in my brain :) :) .. And if u r a lover of brains, try this brains recipe :) :) ..Even kids who don't eat mutton will love its brain coz of its softness n taste..When fried, even fish fry n chicken fry will lose in the battle..So, try this for ur family..Let's move on to the recipe now..



RECIPE:

Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time: 15 mins
Serves: 1 Sandwich

INGREDIENTS: [1 cup = 240 ml]
------------------------------------------------
Mutton Brain - 1
Wheat Bread - 2
Coconut oil - 2 tbsp for frying
Salt - as req.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 3 tsp

For marinating:
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Saunf powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Crushed pepper - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Water - 3 tsp

For Salad:
Cabbage - 3/4 handful
Capsicum - 1/2
Cream cheese spread - 2 tbsp
Crushed pepper - 1 tsp or as req.

WATCH HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPE:


METHOD:

1. Soak mutton brain in hot water, turmeric powder, and salt for 5 mins. Strain and keep aside.

2. Marinate the brain with the 'For marinating' ingredients. Keep aside for 10 mins.

3. In a bowl, mix the 'For Salad' ingredients. Keep it aside.

4. Pour the oil in an iron pan, and fry the mutton carefully for 2 mins each on both the sides in medium flame.

5. Remove the brain after the straining the oil. Reserve the fried masala too if needed.

6. Now, in an iron pan, apply a little slice of butter, and toast the bread slices on one side. Switch off the stove.

7. With your hands, rub the remaining butter on top of the bread slices, spread the salad, and carefully place the fried brain and masala. Apply a little more salad on top of the brain, close with another bread, n serve hot!!

Your super tasty delicious Mutton Brain Sandwich is ready to be served!! Njjoy!!


NOTE:
----------
1. Instead of cream cheese spread, you can use homemade garlic sauce, mayonnaise, or any creamy sauce.

2. Marination ingredients is purely based on your choice.

3. You can also add chilli flakes/garlic powder/mixed herbs etc. to the salad.

4. Any veggies can be used for the salad.

5. Instead of wheat bread, multigrain bread or any other bread can be used.

6. You can also chop the brain into pieces and then marinate and fry. If so, soak it in hot water only for 1 or 2 mins.

7. Carefully handle the brain, else it will dissolve and create a mess.

8. I didn't use the whole salad for sandwich. The excess salad we had it with rice. So, prepare salad according to the no.of sandwiches you are making.
