Gooseberry Jam


Hi frnz..So, here's my another healthier jam recipe..It's GOOSEBERRY JAM..Actually I planned to post some other recipe today, but recently we bought some gooseberries and I used some of them to prepare an yummy rasam the next day n the remaining was waiting to be used..But I was busy and couldn't use it regularly..So, they started to get over ripen and a few of them got wasted..I really hate to waste food and feel guilty whenever it happens due to unavoidable situations ..So thought to make use of the batch completely..And Jam was the solution which came into my mind..And here it is..You can have it as a side dish or as a dessert after meals..So, don't miss it frnz..

Instant CoconutMilk Parotta


Hi frnz..Today I m here with yet another tiffin recipe which is more suitable for dinner..It's INSTANT COCONUT MILK PAROTTA.. This is one of the easiest n healthiest versions of Parotta, since I have used no maida here, n no resting time is needed to make this..Whenever u want to make it, do it instantly..Sounds great right? And I have used coconut milk and oil here..U may think coconut oil is unhealthy..But I have used only the cold pressed ones which I use regularly for my cooking, and also coconut oil has good cholesterol which is not harmful..And the aroma will be absolutely pleasing n tempting..Plus it was very soft even the next day!! What else do we want right? Let's see how to make it..

 

Ivygourd Chilli Mutton


Hi frnz..So, here I m with yet another dinner special recipe..It is Ivygourd Chilli Mutton..It is one of the healthiest versions of Chilli recipes, since I have used no sauce here except vinegar..The taste was really so good, n we had it with Coconut Milk Parotta, which is my next recipe..The dinner was so tasty with the combination..Ivygourd is one of the healthiest vegetables, but many won't eat it due to its bitterness..But whenever I cook any recipe with Ivygourd, it never tastes bitter..The trick is we need to saute the Ivygourd very well n add any tangy ingredient to the recipe..That's it..The similar technique I follow for bittergourd too..In this recipe, vinegar is the one sour ingredient which made the wonders..Very very simple recipe, but tastes great with all tiffins, especially parotta..So, with no further delay, let's see how to make it..
