METHOD:
---------------
1. In a pressure cooker, add the beef, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, 1 cup of water and cook for 12 whistles or until well cooked.

2. In a pan, add the 'To roast and grind' ingredients one by one except coriander. Saute until the onion becomes translucent. Add the coriander and again saute well until the raw smell goes off. Switch off the stove, transfer the mix to a blender and allow it to cool.

3. Meanwhile, in the same pan, pour 1 tsp of oil along with the previously used oil, and add the 1/2 onion. Saute it well until translucent.

4. Now, add the cooked beef along with the stock and cook in high flame for a few minutes until the water is completely reduced.

5. Meanwhile, grind the mix in the blender to a smooth paste without water. Add this to the pan, and mix well for a minute. Switch off the stove.

6. Transfer the dish to a plate. While serving, top with tomatoes and mix a little. That's it!!

Your super delicious Coriander Beef Thokku is ready to be served!! Njjoy!!

NOTE:
----------
1. You can make the same recipe with mutton/chicken/prawns or even egg.

2. Tomatoes are not just for garnishing, but they give the tanginess required for the recipe, and using it raw gives the real taste. So, don't skip them. Also use them only just before serving.
