Nendran Banana Cookies In Frying Pan

Hi frnz..So, this week I m here with an easy peasy cookies recipe, which I made with a couple of over ripen Nendran banana n with minimal ingredients in hand, and that too in frying pan!! Usually I bake in pressure cooker long before, and recently in only aluminium Idli pot since I don't own an oven..But I never tried with a frying pan, n believe me it was tooo good n easy to make as well..And instead of making banana bread or fried snacks with over ripen banana, try this soft n chewy cookies n u will like it for sure..Now, let's see how to make it frnz..

Beetroot Jaggery Adai

Beetroot Jaggery Adai..This is nothing but a simple steamed rice flour and jaggery adai, with the goodness of beetroot added to it, and of course with little additional ingredients like, dryfruit powder, milk etc..Beetroot is a must to be included veggie in our kid's diet..But who likes its peculiar smell? Especially most of the kids never like it..I will say this is an awesome way to feed beetroot to ur kids, next to my Pumpkin Beet Carrot Juice recipe..See also my Carrot Beet Egg Poriyal recipe, which is yet another yummy recipe..And this Adai recipe is a very good option for kids snack box..I made this long back but only now I m posting it..I packed this to my kid's snack box when I made it, n she finished it off making me happy :)..So, must try this mommies..Now, let's move on to the recipe..

Whole Wheat-Beet Egg Momos

Momos..A popular no-fry starter/snack, belonging to the dumplings category of recipes..Wikipedia says, it belongs to Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan, Darjeeling, and Sikkim..Usually it is made with all-purpose flour(maida)..But, we can do it with whole wheat flour as well..Ofcourse it will be slightly thicker and chewy than maida momos, but it tastes very good n healthy too..
