Hi frnz..Well here I m with a very simple n so tasty snack..It's ROASTED CASHEWS..And I have made 3 nice flavours of it..I must say this is a handy snack when u r craving for something crunchy, n can be made in no time for ur unexpected guests..When u r running short of side dishes for rice, jus make it..And ur kids will lov it for sure..So, with no more delay let's move onto the recipe..
RECIPE:

Preparation Time: 2 mins
Cooking Time: 5 mins
Serves: 1.75 cups

INGREDIENTS: [1 cup=240 ml]

Whole cashews - 1.75 cups
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Flavour 1:
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Flavour 2:
Homemade Garam Masala - 1 tsp (Click here for recipe)
Brown sugar - 1 tsp
Flavour 3:
Idli Podi - 1.25 tsp
Chilli powder(optional) - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
WATCH HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
METHOD:

1. In a pan, add the ghee and whole cashews after the ghee has melted. Roast in simmer for about 3-5 mins. Switch off the stove. Remove the excess ghee and take the cashews.
2. Transfer the hot cashews to 3 separate bowls, and add flavour1, flavour2 and flavour3 ingredients respectively in the 3 bowls. Mix very well and serve. That's it!!
Your super crunchy and tasty Roasted Cashews are ready to be served!! Njjoy!!
NOTE:
----------
1. This stays good for several days when perfectly stored in an airtight container.
2. Don't allow the cashews to be cooled after roasted. They must be hot enough so that the ingredients will be coated perfectly.
