Hi frnz..Today I m here with simple milk recipes..It's SHALLOT MILK & MILKSHAKE..Shallot milk is one of my childhood recipes which we used to have when we suffer from intestinal worms..Usually worm medicines are to be had before sleep and this shallot milk is consumed in a similar fashion..Moreover, I love it a lot for its peculiar taste..Apart from its numerous other benefits, Shallots have the capacity to cure intestinal worms occurring in children..Even elders can have it often..So must try this recipe for ur kids for a few days consecutively n let me know ur feedback frnz..
RECIPE:

Preparation Time: 2 mins
Cooking Time: 20 mins
Serves: 1 person

INGREDIENTS: [1 cup=240 ml]

Desi Cow Milk - 1.25 cups
Shallots - 15 to 20
Brown sugar - 1/8 cup (optional)
WATCH HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
METHOD:

1. Heat milk in a vessel. When it boils well, keep the flame in simmer, and add the sliced shallots.
2. Cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Switch off the stove and allow the milk to become warm.
3. Add the brown sugar and stir well. The SHALLOT MILK is ready. Serve warm.
4. If your kids don't want to chew the shallots, just grind the shallot milk in a juicer or blender and your SHALLOT MILKSHAKE is ready. That's it!!

NOTE:

1. Brown sugar is completely optional. Having it without any sweetener is preferable.
2. Shallot milk is better than Milkshake since grinding can reduce its benefits a little.
