Hi frnz..Today I m here with a traditional drink recipe..It's EGG PEPPER MILK..This health drink is too easy to make but packed with loads of nutrients..It is usually given for teenage girls once they reach their puberty period n given regularly..Also given for newly delivered moms for increasing their energy instantly n helps in producing breast milk too..Even I have had it during my teens n after delivery, n I jus love it..It's best for growing kids too..You can feed this for 3+ yr kids to be on the safer side..But it's better not to try with toddlers, however u can do it if ur toddler is not allergic to the drink..Let's see how to do it..
RECIPE:

Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time: 5 mins
Serves: 1 cup

INGREDIENTS: [1 cup=250 ml]
--------------------------------------------
Desi cow Milk - 250 ml
Desi Egg - 1
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Honey - 1 tbsp or as required
WATCH HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
METHOD:

1. Boil milk in simmer. Switch off the stove.
2. Immediately add egg and keep on stirring for 2 mins until the milk becomes frothy.
3. Add pepper powder and honey. Mix well and serve hot or warm. That's it!!

NOTE:

1. Step 2 is very important. You need to beat really well without gap so that the egg won't become egg pieces in the milk. We need it to be liquidy and merged well with the milk.
2. Honey can be replaced with brown sugar but it can curdle sometimes. So honey is a better choice.
3. Don't use packet milk or broiler egg for the recipe.
4. This can be taken daily or in alternate days or weekly twice as per your preference and body conditions.
