METHOD:
---------------
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together to form a smooth dough.

2. Meanwhile, preheat an aluminium idli pot in high heat with the lid closed.

3. Now, grease the idli plate with butter.

4. Form small balls from the dough, and flatten a bit to get the nice shapes.

5. Next, place the idli plate inside the pot and bake in simmer for 12-14 mins.

6. Remove the plate from the pot, and after a few minutes, remove the cookies carefully with a spoon and transfer to a plate.

7. Allow the cookies to cool for minimum one hour and then serve. That's it!!

Your super delicious Mixed Nut Butter cookies is ready to be served!! Njjoy!!

NOTE:
----------
1. You can also bake in pressure cooker/otg. Click here to know how to bake in pressure cooker.

2. Jaggery/palm sugar/sugar can be used instead of brown sugar.

3. Bake in only one idli plate at a time. Don't assemble all the plates jus like we cook idlis.

4. Don't allow the cookies to cool in idli plate. Transfer to a plate and then cool. Else, it will be harder to remove them from the idli plate.

5. You can use butter paper cut in round shape and place it in each pit of the idli plate, and then place the cookie dough, and bake. This helps to remove the cookies easily from the idli plate.

6. This is a soft cookies version. So, don't overbake the cookies even if it is soft. If needed, you can flatten the dough a little more before baking to get even crispier.
