METHOD:
----------------
1. In a pan, dry roast the raw peanuts for 7-8 mins in simmer. Remove them. Similarly, roast the almonds for 7-8 mins in simmer. Remove them. And finally, roast the cashews for 6-7 mins in simmer. Remove them.

2. When the nuts have come to room temperature, take a dry blender and put them inside.

3. First pulse for several times until you get a powder consistency. You can also reserve some portion of it for making Homemade Nuts Powder, with which you can also make Health Porridge for toddlers and kids.

4. Next, grind in high speed for several times, and scrape the sides of the blender regularly. Add salt, and palm sugar. Again blend in high speed and when you get the required consistency, stop the process. Transfer to a container, allow to cool at room temperature, and then refrigerate. It stays good for atleast 2-3 weeks. That's it!!

Your perfect, yummy n smooth Homemade Mixed Nut Butter is ready to be served!! Njjoy!!

NOTE:
-----------
1. I have used raw peanuts and so I roasted them. If you are using already roasted peanuts, skip roasting them again.

2. Palm sugar can be replaced with jaggery/brown sugar/sugar.

3. You can use any nuts of your choice. Just follow the same process.

4. You can also add seeds like sunflower seeds, chia seeds, cucumber seeds etc. n more to make it even healthier.

5. The ratio of nuts is purely your choice.
