Chocolate Chips Pudding


Hi frnz..This week I m here with a couple of Chocolate Chips recipes for Diwali..So, the first one is CHOCOLATE CHIPS PUDDING..It is a very simple pudding where no flour or agar agar or gelatin is used and made with very simple ingredients in very less time..Chocolate Chips is one of the best ingredients for desserts and baking..And this rich pudding will melt in your mouth for sure..Now let's make it..

RECIPE:

Preparation Time: 2 mins

Cooking Time: 10 mins

Serves: 2 persons

INGREDIENTS: [1 cup=240 ml]

Milk - 3/4 cup 

Chocolate chips - 100 gm

Cashews - 1/2 cup

Cocoa powder - 1 tsp

Brown Sugar - 1/4 cup

WATCH HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPE:  


METHOD:

1. In a dry blender, pulse the cashews for 4-5 times until it becomes a fine powder. Keep it aside. Don't grind, else the nuts may release oil and will become like a paste.

2. Grind the brown sugar and cardamom to a fine powder.

3. Now, in a pan, boil the milk. Add the chocolate chips and melt well in simmer. Make sure not to burn it.

4. Next add the cocoa powder and keep on stirring remove lumps. 

5. Now, add the powdered cashews and keep on stirring until it the required consistency is reached.

6. Finally, switch off the stove, add the powdered brown sugar and stir well until melted.

7. Allow the mix to cool at room temperature and serve immediately or refrigerate and serve if desired. I froze for just 15 mins.That's it!!

NOTE:

1.  Any nuts can be used instead of cashews.

2. Any topping can be used for the pudding.

3. Keep the flame in simmer throughout the process.
