Banana Tomato Sarbath


Banana Tomato Nannari Sarbath!! Sarbath is a must drink in our home for iftar..No matter how many varieties of drinks we make on the regular days, but during Ramadan, Sarbath is wat we use to end our fasting in iftar..Even if I make fresh juices, I add Sarbath to it!! Especially the brand 'Raja Sarbath' shown in the snaps is from our native, n so it is the brand we use in our home ryt from my childhood..U hav seen this in my Mango Sarbath recipe too last year, n I hav told about the banana tomato sarbath too last tym..This is a favourite recipe for all of us in family, n for me too since my childhood days..With no further delay, let's see how to make it..


RECIPE:

Preparation Time: 5 mins
Serves: 3 persons
------------------------------------------
INGREDIENTS: [1 cup=250 ml]
------------------------------------------
Nannari Sarbath - 6 handful
Banana(Peyan variety/ Desi banana/நாட்டு வாழைப்பழம்/பேயன் பழம்) - 1
Tomato - 1
Lemon - 1
Water - 600 ml


METHOD:
---------------
1. In a vessel pour the water, add the Nannari Sarbath.


2. Add the banana and mash it well.


3. Next add the squeezed lemon.


4. Now add the chopped tomato and mash it very well. That's it!!

Ready

Your super tasty n cool Banana Tomato Sarbath is ready to be served!! Njjoy!!


NOTE:
----------
1. Use well ripen banana and tomato, which is must for the recipe.

2. DONT use blender for grinding the banana and tomato. Use only your CLEAN HANDS for mashing, which gives an extraordinary taste.

3. If you don't get the Peyan banana, use Singan variety instead. Other banana varieties won't suit that much, however you can use them too..

4. The measurements are perfect, however you can adjust them as per your taste.
