Nanjil Style Prawn Mango Avial

PRAWN MANGO AVIAL..Avial with prawns? Yes, it is..Usually we make the same recipe with anchovies in our Nagercoil area..We call it as Nethili Maanga Avial!!! This recipe is super duper easy, except cleaning the Nethili fish which takes some time..And u know cleaning prawns takes a little more time, and that too I have made with small prawns, which gives u very less quantity even after spending long time in cleaning..But taste will be Vera Level seriously!!

Next time, when u r going to buy big prawns, try small prawns once, forget about the time to clean, think only about the tasteeee!! And I have never tried prawn mango avial, I always make with nethili only, n this time, simply tried n it was wow!! Believe me, I made only rice and this avial, n we had a very very satisfiable lunch that day!! So, with no more buildups, let's move on to the recipe guys..
